【摘要】 目的对肢端恶性黑色素瘤患者的整形外科治疗作初步的临床分析。方法自2000年2月至2003年11月,对13例患者的肢端恶性黑色素瘤行功能性根治切除后,采用皮瓣覆盖的方法修复创面。其中治疗性淋巴结清扫者4例,选择性淋巴结清扫者3例。结果术后随访1~5年,观察肿瘤根治效果及手足功能及外观状况。13例患者中12例得到随访,10例患者无恶性黑色素瘤复发,手足功能及外观良好。结论对肢端恶性黑色素瘤原发灶行整形外科治疗,在保证肿瘤根治效果的同时可获得更好的手足功能及外观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinical preliminary analysis about the plastic treatment to acral malignant melanoma. Methods From Feb. 2000 to Nov. 2003, 13 patients with acral primary melanoma had functional radical excision and reconstructive procedures with flaps, while 4 patients among them with therapeutic lymph nodes dissection and 3 patients with elective lymph nodes dissection. Results Either the effect of radical operation or the function and aesthetics of the hands and feet were observed after 1～5 years following up. 10 of 12 surveyed patients were recurrence-free survival with good function and aesthetics of the hands and feet up to now. Conclusion This study demonstrated strated plastic treatment to acral melanoma gave better functional and cosmetic results and caused no negatively the effect of radical excision.更多还原
