原子吸收光谱法测定武夷山九曲溪水中的微量元素
Determination of Micro-Elements in Different Water Samples From the Nine Twist Stream of Wuyishan Landscape by AAS
【摘要】 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定武夷山九曲溪水样中的Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Cr五种微量元素含量。结果表明:九曲溪水样中微量元素从发源地到中游景区中心,再到下游(公馆村),水质指标由小变大,再变小,在星村和武夷宫出现两次峰值。微量元素监测结果,在一定程度上反映人类活动对武夷山水系的影响。
【Abstract】 The following trace elements :Cu?Zn? Cd?Pb?Cr in different water samples from the Nine Twist Stream of Wuyishan were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method.The result shows that the contents of trace elements become higher firstly,then lower from the upstream to the middle reaches to the downstream,and the contents of trace elements have two peaks in the xingcun state and the wuyigong state,respectively.The results of monitoring reflect the effect of human action on water quantity of the Nine Twist Stream of Wuyishan.
