【Abstract】 Osteopontin is a component of the extracellular matrix.The Arg- Gly-Asp(RGD) sequence of OPN interacts with cell surface receptors,including α Vβ 3 intergrins,to mediate cell aggregation,adhesion,generation,migration,removal and immune function.Expression of osteopontin and its receptor,α Vβ 3 integrin,in human endometrial glands and osteopontin secretion into the uterine cavity around the time of the " implantation window" suggest a role for the protein in endometrial receptivity and conceptus implantation.更多还原
