【Abstract】 Some progresses and achievements on dam safety and security have gained in US in 2002 to 2003 based on the NDSP,which coordinate with nuclear power plant,airport,highbroad,bridge as the state key infrastructure projection.The national dams have been classified as high and middle high-hazard potential,meaning that their failure from any means,including a terrorist attack,the strategic research plan has been established and a systematic program work has been carried out.更多还原
