【摘要】 水利科学数据共享是国家基础数据共享、科技创新体系的重要组成部分,水利科学数据涉及范围广、种类多,既存在着共享的技术难度,更存在着诸多非技术因素,共享难度大。在剖析我国水利科学数据共享现状的基础上,结合近年来我国水利科学数据共享工程实践,提出了面向社会公众和科学研究的国家水利科学数据共享的技术标准、管理和服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific data sharing of water resources is an indispensable component of national fundamental data-sharing construction and scientific and technological innovation system. It is difficult to implement scientific data sharing of water resources, which covers a broad extension and contains various sorts of professional data, since still exist the complexities of technical and non-technical factors for water resources data-sharing. Analyzing the status of scientific data sharing of water resources in China and combining Scientific Data Sharing Project(SDSP), technological standards, managing and servicing systems of scientific data sharing of water resources for the public and the scientific research are proposed.更多还原
