【摘要】 目的:探讨头发中微量元素锌、铜、铅含量与儿童智商的关系。方法:选择311名7~10岁儿童用W ISC-CR智力量表测定智商,用火焰原子吸收法测定发中微量元素含量。结果:头发中微量元素与智商的相关分析显示:r锌=0.392,r铜=0.513,r铅=-0.636,P均<0.01。结论:头发中锌、铜与智商呈正相关系,与铅呈负相关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between contents of zinc,cuprum,lead in Hair with children,s intelligence quotient(IQ).Method: 311 cases 7~10 year old children were selected for examination of IQ by WISC-CR scale and for determination of the contents of microelement in hair by flame atomic spectorphotometry.Results: The correlative analysis on the relationship between microelement content and IQ showed that the correlative coefficients were 0.392 for zinc,0.513 for cuprum and-0.636 for lead respectively.Their P values were all below 0.01.Conclusion: The contents of zinc,cuprum in hair with the children,s IQ was positively correlated,and negatively correlated with the contents of lead in their hair.更多还原
