【摘要】 目的:建立病人对护理工作满意度调查结果评价的数学模型,为管理者正确作出决策提供可靠依据。方法:采用优序图法确定各因素的权重、多层次综合评判法、模糊控制的方法。结果:确定了综合评价指标体系,运用该模型对某院进行了实例分析,结果与实情完全吻合。结论:将数学模型与微机结合用于护理管理可提高工作效率及护理人员的科学管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Setup a mathematic model of evaluating the investigation of patients attitude to nursing work to help administers’make correct decisions.Methods: Use superiority chart to decide the importance of each factor,multi-level comprehensive evaluation,vague control.Results: Set up comprehensive evaluation index system,use the model to analyse the cases at a hospital of which the result shows the real condition.Conclusions: It is quite possible to improve the efficiency of nursing work and nurses scientific management abilities by applying to combination of mathematic model and computer to nursing management.更多还原
