【摘要】 目的:观察恩丹西酮对全麻下开腹妇科手术后镇痛的并发症恶心呕吐的预防及其对镇痛镇静效果的影响。方法:64例的妇科手术患者随机分为两组:对照组(不含恩丹西酮)和试验组(含恩丹西酮),每组32例,静吸复合全麻下实施手术,术毕给负荷量后接镇痛泵。结果:术后24小时两组患者心率、血压平稳,未见呼吸抑制病例。两组各对点疼痛评分均小于4分,且两组间VA S及镇静评分差别无显著性(P>0.05),两组均未用其他镇痛药。试验组恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预防性应用恩丹西酮后能有效减轻妇科手术后静脉镇痛的恶心呕吐,但并不减弱其镇静作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective : To evaluate ondansetron in the prevention of nausea and vomit and the influence of analgesia and mitigate after general anesthetic in gynecological surgery.Methods: Sixty-four patients underwent gynecological surgery were randomly divided into two groups.Ondansetron was medicated in the experimental group after general anesthetic.Non-ondansetron was medicated in the control group.There were 32 patients in each group.The operations were performed under the intravenous-inhalants anesthesia.更多还原
