溶胶一凝胶法制备FeCo/Al2O3纳米复合粉末

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法和氢气还原处理制备了Fe-Co/Al2O3,纳米复合粉末,利用X射线衍射（XRD）和振动样品磁强计（VSM）对样品进行了测试与分析,结果表明复合材料的磁学性质与样品的组分和Fe-Co合金的晶粒尺寸有关．

【Abstract】 Fe-Co/Al2O3 nano-composites powders were prepared by sol-gel method and reduced at the hydrogen.The samples were investigated by XRD and VSM,the results showed that the magnetism of samples was dependent on the structure and compostion of the nano-composites
