【摘要】 本文根据河流的水文特性,充分考虑回流水的转移成本、漏损率、净化处理成本等因子,建立了扩展的“回流”模型,推导出不同取水点的取水权与消费水权的影子价格。在此基础上对采用双方叫价拍卖方式的水权交易进行分析,得出了取水权与消费水权各自的交易发生条件与交易价格。更多还原

【Abstract】 An expanded returning flow model according to the hydrological characteristics of river is established and the shadow prices of water intake right and water consumption right at different intake position are deduced.In the model,the costs of transferring,leakage loss rate and decontamination for returning water flow are considered.On this basis,the procedure of water right deal based on bilateral auction is analyzed.The condition of deal occurrence and bargain price for water right and water assumption right are obtained accordingly.更多还原
