粗粒料湿化变形三轴试验中几个问题

【摘要】 分析了试验仪器、停机变形、变形稳定的标准、试样尺寸效应和试验材料级配方法等对粗粒料湿化变形三轴试验结果的影响.并根据笔者的试验结果,对停机变形和湿化变形稳定的标准进行了较为深入地讨论.结果表明:停机变形不可忽视.不同的变形稳定标准造成的湿化变形误差可达30%以上.采用规定时间作为湿化变形稳定的标准是不适宜的,按15 m in控制平均轴应变率为0.000 6%/m in是一个既省时、精度又能满足一般试验要求的标准.

【Abstract】 Influences of some factors such as experimental apparatus,pause-shear-deformation,deformation steady criterion,sample dimension and grain size distribution of sample on the results of a triaxial wetting test of coarse-grained materials are analyzed.Based on the writers′ experimental results,influences of pause-shear-deformation and deformation steady criterion are deeply discussed.Results show that the influence of pause-sheardeformation can′t be neglected,and that different deformation steady criterions may lead to an error up to 30% of wetting deformation.On the other hand,the deformation steady criterion to fix wetting time is unsuitable,while the deformation steady criterion of controlling the wetting axial strain rate of 0.000 6%/min during 15 min is a relatively economical and precision criterion.
