石灰改良过湿土的施工工艺和力学性质

【摘要】 针对用天然含水率高、黏粒含量较高的黏性土作为路堤填筑材料时,存在破碎困难、含水率降低慢、土体强度低和不易压实等问题,结合现场施工工艺试验和室内力学性质试验,进行了石灰改良过湿土填料的力学性质和施工工艺研究。比较了采用干土法和湿土法这两种标准击实试验方法的试验结果,认为在石灰改良过湿土施工时应采用湿土法,先在取土坑掺2%的生石灰,堆放3 d后用路拌法掺3%的消石灰,使石灰量达到5%。试验结果表明,石灰改良后土体含水率快速降低,黏性减小,易于破碎,压实后土体的CBR强度高,胀缩性低,成为良好的路堤筑堤材料。

【Abstract】 In consideration of the fact that the clay soil with high moisture content is hard to be crushed and compacted and is low in strength,and the fact that its moisture content decreases slowly when it is used for expressway embankment construction,the mechanical properties of the lime-stabilized over-wet soil as well as its construction technology are studied through the field construction test and laboratory mechanical test.It is concluded that the wetting method is suitable for improvement of over-wet soil with lime,and the construction technology is introduced as follows: 2% calcium oxide is added to the over-wet soil at soil pit,and 3 days later,another 3% white lime is added at road bed,thus the dosage of lime reaches 5%.The over-wet soil after improvement is of low viscosity,high CBR value,and low swelling potential,and easy to be crushed,and the moisture content decreases rapidly.It becomes a good material for construction of expressway embankment.
