【Abstract】 The improved LFA is used to analyse the causality among many factors such as input,output,aim and goal and also explain the reasons of the difference of the index datas between the programming or preliminary design and practice operation.In this paper this methord has been applied into the post-evaluation under the project of 5 years’water diversion and 3 years’controlling in the middle reaches of HeiHe River.By this way the complex relation can be seen conveniently directly and the result turn out to be good.更多还原
