【Abstract】 This paper studies the effects of foreign capital introduction on the money velocity in China. The results show that foreign capital inflows promote exports and enlarge foreign assets in China rapidly, and lead to potential pressure on money supply, which results in lower interest rate and lower cost of money demand, and declined money velocity consequently.更多还原
