【摘要】 在FDI技术溢出效应已经在理论分析上获得认同的前提下,本文搜集整理了我国1994～2005年的关于FDI技术溢出效应实证研究的大部分文献和西方经典文献,着重从模型形式、数据选取、模型参数估计方法、模型的统计检验等角度对FDI技术溢出效应实证研究领域的模型、方法进行了分类分析与评价,总结了我国FDI技术溢出效应实证研究特点,从而为广大学者及政策决策者提供借鉴,以促进中国改革开放战略的调整和深化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology spillover effect(TSE)of FDI has been recognized by theoretical analysis.On this premise,most of literatures about positive researches on TSE of FDI in China from 1994 to 2005 and some classical literatures from the western world are collected in this paper.The models and methods in the positive researches of TSE of FDI are classified and valued from different aspects such as the form and statistics test of models,the selection of data,the estimation of model parameters.The specifications have been summarized through the above work.Scholars and policy makers can benefit from the summarization to promote the deepening and adjustment of the strategy of our country’s reform and opening.更多还原
