【摘要】 简介喀尔赛水库及喀尔赛水库除险加固工程概况,对该工程进行国民经济评价和财务评价。该工程的经济内部收益率为13.41%,大于社会贴现率12%,所以该工程在经济上是合理的。财务内部收益率为6.51%,财务净现值为38万元,投资回收期为12.96 a,满足行业基本要求。敏感性分析的结果表明工程具有一定的抗风险能力,说明本工程财务评价是可行的。本工程的实施可使已建水利工程能充分发挥效益,对促进灌区经济的持续发展、确保水库的安全运行都具有重要的意义,应尽早实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 A brief introduction is given to Karasay Reservoir as well as its risk mitigation and improvement.Its national economy evaluation and financial evaluation are performed.Its economic internal rate of return is 13.41%,larger than its social discount rate 12%,therefore,the project is economically rational.Its financial internal rate of return is 6.51%,the net present value is 380 000 RMB yuan,and the payback period is 12.96 a,satisfying the basic industrial requirements.Results of sensitivity analysis show that the project is of certain risk resistance,indicating that financial evaluation of the present project is feasible.Implementation of the risk mitigation and improvement project will make existing projects give full play,and it will improve the sustainable development of the irrigation area and guarantee safe operation of the Reservoir.更多还原
