【Abstract】 Based on a brief introduction to the conception of non-profit water conservancy projects as well as the necessity of researches on investment mechanism,a complete investment system for non-profit water conservancy projects is proposed combined with the actual situation of China.The system includes improvement of diversification in investment system for public financial strength,implementation of investment allocation according to responsibility,power and benefit among water conservancy administration organizations,reorganization of the state assets of water conservancy,strengthening of restriction mechanism for investment risk and improvement of compensation mechanism.更多还原
