【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the macro-background,that is reform of investment mechanism,reform of fiscal and taxation system,reform of rural taxes,reform of division of responsibility,power and benefit of water resources administrations as well as reform of water resources management mechanism,an assumption relating to the reform of water resources investment and financing mechanism is put forward,including expanding investment channels,taking ways for raising money according to project property,intensifying restriction mechanism for investment risk,strengthening legal system construction,enhancing efficiency of fund use,improving the adjustment and control system of investment in water resources projects.更多还原
