植酸酶高产菌株的紫外线-空气等离子体复合诱变选育

【摘要】 利用紫外线、空气等离子体对植酸酶产生菌A.niger0002进行复合诱变选育,选育出植酸酶高产菌株A.nigerUD-025,酶活力达到9.63U/mL,是出发菌株的3.38倍。实验表明,应用空气等离子体诱变选育微生物切实可行。

【Abstract】 The trial was conducted to mutate strains of producing phytase Aspergillus niger 0002 by ultraviolet(UV) and air-ion implantation.A high-yield phytase strain was obtained.The phytase activity was 3.38 times than that of the strain before inducing.The results showed that air-ion implantation was a practical and effective measure inducing mutagenesis.
