废塑料气力输送数值模拟的初步研究
Preliminary Study on Numerical Simulation of Pneumatic Conveying of Waste Plastics
【摘要】 采用Fluent软件对废塑料气力输送进行了数值模拟分析。模拟结果揭示了废塑料气力输送过程中废塑料颗粒速度、气体速度和颗粒体积分率沿管长的变化规律以及管径的改变对废塑料颗粒体积分率的分布和固气比的影响。以期为进一步优化废塑料气力输送参数提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The numerical simulation of pneumatic conveying of waste plastics as made by means of software Fluent. The results revealed the changing laws of the velocity of waste plastics particles and gas, the volume fraction of the waste plastics along the pipe range in the course of pneumatic conveying. At the same time the effects of the change of the pipe diameter on the distribution of waste plastics volume fraction and solid/gas ratio were studied, so as to obtain further optimizing parameters of pneumatic conveying of waste plastics.
