同向双螺杆捏合盘错列角对不相容体系共混物相态结构的影响

【摘要】 双螺杆挤出机螺杆构型对不相容体系共混物的相态结构有一定影响。将捏合块置于熔融段,通过改变捏合盘错列角,在熔融段末端位置进行在线取样,对所取试样(HDPE/PS共混物)应用扫描电子显微镜考察其相态结构,由此分析研究双螺杆挤出过程熔融段捏合盘错列角对不相容体系共混物相态结构的影响。结果表明:正向30°和反向60°错列角的捏合块元件具有较强的分散混合能力。

【Abstract】 The screw configuration of twin-screw extruder had some influence on the phase morphology of immiscible polymer blend. By installing the kneading block on the melt zone, changing the staggering angle of kneading block, HDPE/PS samples were on-line made at the end of the melt zone, and the morphological structures of the sample were investigated by means of SEM to study the influence of the staggering angle of kneading block on the phase morphology of immiscible polymer blend. The results showed kneading blocks with staggering angles of 30° and negative 60° had powerful dispersion and mixing ability.
