PS/纳米MoS2复合材料的研究

【摘要】 采用熔融共混的方法制备了PS/纳米MoS2复合材料,并应用高阻仪、DSC等研究了该复合材料的电性能和热性能,同时测试了该复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,随着纳米MoS2用量的增加,复合材料的体积电阻率明显下降,当MoS2用量为25份时,复合材料的体积电阻率达到109Ω·cm;复合材料的热稳定性也得到提高;同时,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度提高,而弯曲强度有所降低。

【Abstract】 PS/nano-meter MoS-2 composite was prepared by means of melt blending, and the electrical and thermal properties of the prepared composite were characterized by high-resistor and DSC, and the mechanical properties of the composite were measured, too. The results indicated that with the increase of the content of MoS-2, the volume resistivity of the composite decreased obviously, when the content of MoS-2 was 25 phr, the volume resistivity was up to 10~9 Ω·cm, with an increase of thermal property; the tensile strength and notched Izod impact strength of the composite increased, but the bending strength decreased a little.
