基于专家系统的水轮机组故障诊断研究

【摘要】 针对水轮机组故障原因与征兆之间的复杂关系,充分利用综合监测数据和专家的经验知识,采用以VC++为开发工具和基于ADO数据库访问技术的诊断推理方法,建立了水轮机组故障诊断专家系统。研究结果表明:该系统推理效率高,可信度好,满足水轮机组故障诊断的有效性和实用性要求。

【Abstract】 According to complicated relationship between hydro-generator set’s fault cause and its symptoms,comprehensive utilization on-line monitoring date and experience knowledge were used.VC++ language and the technology of database accession with ADO are applied to built hydro-generator set’s fault diagnose system.A diagnosis’s study was given to prove that the expert system was highly reasoning efficiency,good reliability and satisfied to the requirement of fault diagnosis effectiveness and practices.
