【Abstract】 The environmental impacts of a basin hydropower development are different from that of an isolated individual hydroelectric project.So the evaluation of environmental impacts of basin hydropower development lay stress on the macroscopical,sustained,indirect and additive environmental problems concerning the entire basin.It is of great importance to the relevant agencies in their policy making if the relationship between the basin hydropower development planning and planning of other sectors is handled properly,making an overall plan for protection and sustainable development as a whole.更多还原
