【摘要】 基于DSP(数字信号处理芯片)的水轮机调速器测试系统运用DSP周边接口丰富、运算速度高、实时性高等特点对水轮机调速器静、动态性能进行测试。该测试系统的硬件结构核心是1块DSP处理芯片和PCI总线专用控制芯片;软件设计部分主要包括DSP和PC软件部分。该调速器测试系统具有很好的性能价格比和较广的推广价值,是一种进行水轮机调速器性能测试的理想解决方案。

【Abstract】 The speed governor testing system of hydraulic turbine based on DSP chip(digital signal processor) makes use of its abundant peripheral interfaces,high-speed operation and high real-time characteristics to test the static and dynamic performances of speed governor of turbine.This paper presents the system’s hardware structure that is formed by a DSP chip and a PCI bus control chip,and its software that includes DSP and PC software parts.This speed governor testing system has very good cost-benefit performance and wide popularization value and is an excellent scheme of testing speed governor performance of turbine.
