【摘要】 丰满发电厂一期工程经过50多年的运行,水轮机轴承磨损和老化严重。在总结国内外各类水轮机轴承的设计、制造、安装、运行经验的基础上,选用加拿大生产的环保型赛龙材料,设计、制造出新型水润滑水轮机轴承,安装在7号水轮机上(替代原水导橡胶轴承),经过两次汛期大发电运行的考验,其运行性能良好。该轴承的研制为水润滑橡胶轴承改造和新电站水轮机轴承的选用探索出了一条新路子。更多还原

【Abstract】 After more than 50-year operation of the first phase of Fengman Power Plant,the bearing of its turbine has heavy abration and aged.On the basis of summing up the experience of design,manufacturing,installation and operation of the bearings of various turbines at home and abraod,we selected the environmentally materials made in Canada to design and manufacture new water-lubration bearing of turbine that was installed in the No.7 turbine to replace the original rubber bearing.Through the operation of hydropower station during two flood seasons,the operation performances of such bearing is good.The development of such bearing has opened a new road for rehabilitating the rubber bearing and for the selection of the bearing of turbine for newly-built power station.更多还原
