【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development of metal structures within water conservancy & hydroelectric industry and the improvement of code system in China.Based on the newly revised standard of DL/T5018-2004"Standard for Fabrication,Installation & Inspection of Steel Gate for Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Engineering",the relationship between establishment of related code and improvement of steel gate technology is presented.Further studies are given on how to make use of the technical standards to better serve the fabrication and installation of steel gate.更多还原
