铜、维生素A及其互作效应对肝脏和血清维生素E及肝脏锌、铁浓度的影响

【摘要】 选用1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡448只,随机分为8组,每组4个重复,采用4×2(Cu×VA)完全随机设计,日粮铜(Cu)的添加量为0,8,150,225mg·kg-1,维生素A(VA)的添加量为1500,5000IU·kg-1,探讨肉仔鸡体内Cu与VA及其互作效应对维生素E(VE)及铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)代谢的影响。结果表明:①日粮中不同Cu水平对前后期肝脏和血清VE浓度、肝Zn浓度及肝Fe浓度影响均显著(P<0.01),前期肝脏VE浓度随着日粮Cu的添加水平(0 ̄225mg·kg-1)的增加而升高,血清VE浓度随着日粮Cu的添加水平(0 ̄225mg·kg-1)的增加而降低;②日粮中不同VA水平对后期肝脏和血清VE浓度、后期肝Zn浓度及前期肝Fe浓度影响均显著(P<0.01),随着VA添加水平(1500 ̄5000IU·kg-1)的增加,肝脏和血清VE浓度均显著降低度;③Cu和VA交互作用对前后期肝脏和血清VE浓度、前后期肝Zn浓度及后期肝Fe浓度影响均显著(P<0.01),Cu与VA交互作用对肝脏Fe浓度的影响与肉仔鸡生长阶段有关,影响程度后期大于前期。

【Abstract】 A 4×2(Cu×VA) experiment with repeats was designed to study effects of copper(Cu) and vitamin A(VA) and their interactions on Vitamin E(VE), Iron(Fe) and Zinc(Zn) metabolism in broilers. 448 one-day-old broilers were divided into 8 groups, each group with 4 repeats. Supplement amount of Cu was 0, 8, 150, 225 mg·kg-1, supplement of VA was 1 500, 5 000 IU·kg-1. Results showed that ①Dietary Cu levels significantly affected VE concentrations in liver and serum, Zn and Fe concentrations in liver of broilers during whole period(P < 0.01). VE concentrations in liver increased with the increasing of dietary Cu levels(0~225 mg·kg-1), while decreased with the Cu increasing (0~225 mg·kg-1) in serum from 0 to 4 weeks. ②Dietary VA levels significantly affected VE concentrations in liver and serum, Zn in liver from 5 to 7 weeks, and Fe concentrations in liver from 0 to 4 weeks(P<0.01). VE concentrations in liver and serum decreased significantly with the increasing of dietary VA levels(1 500~5 000 IU·kg). ③The interactions between Cu and VA significantly influenced VE concentrations in liver and serum, and Zn in liver during whole period(P < 0.01), and also influenced Fe concentrations in liver from 5 to 7 weeks(P < 0.01). The effect of interactions on Fe concentrations in the liver was related with the ages, the period from 5 to 7 weeks was higher than 0 to 4 weeks.
