【摘要】 城市暴雨径流污染初始冲刷效应在城市径流污染的研究中占有很重要的地位,总结和分析了国外对城市暴雨径流污染初始冲刷的研究状况和存在的问题,对不同的初始冲刷定义进行分析和比较,建议采用初期30%的径流中携带了整个降雨事件污染物总量的80%这一初始冲刷定义,可以比较合理的对初期径流中污染物进行定量,从而为径流污染的治理提供方便;提出了处理初期径流污染物和保护受纳水体的管理方法,可为我国城市暴雨径流污染的治理提供科学的理论基础和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The first flush of the urban stormwater is very important to the urban non-poing pollution,it is summarized and analysed based on the definition of the first flash and the deficiency of the abroad urban storm runoff.It is suggested to adopt the difinition that is the 80% pollution volume carried by the 30% of the first runoff volume,and it can provide considerable convenience for the management of the storm runoff.The method is discussed to manage and control the runoff pollutants and protect receiving water,which can offer the scientific foundation to the treatment of the domestic urban storm runoff.更多还原
