【摘要】 由于角蛋白酶具有降解天然角蛋白的特性,可广泛地应用于将羽毛等废弃物转化为可利用资源、开发制革清洁化技术等领域。角蛋白酶降解朊病毒的研究结果还为战胜威胁人类健康的病原微生物开辟了一条新的途径,使该酶被称之为“今日的蛋白酶”。本文系统地描述了角蛋白酶在这些领域的应用开发现状及前景。同时也介绍了其在医疗卫生、洗涤剂和化妆品等领域的应用研究现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the ability to hydrolyze native keratin,keratinase can be used widely in converting the waste,e.g.feather,to available resource,and developing cleaner leather-making technology.What’s more,it suggests a way to overcome the threat of pathogenic organisms on human being`s heath due to keratinase is able to degrade the prion.Thus keratinase is named "today’s protease".It described systematically the status and prospect in these fields,meanwhile the applying situation in medicine,detergent and cosmetic industry and so on was also reviewed.更多还原
