【摘要】 针对80SS抗硫钢的H2S/CO2腐蚀行为,在模拟油田H2S/CO2环境下,利用高压釜进行腐蚀试验,采用失重法测试了其腐蚀速率及咪唑啉型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率,通过SEM、EDS和XRD测试手段,研究分析了腐蚀产物膜去除前后的形貌特征和化学组成。结果表明,80SS抗硫钢在H2S/CO2腐蚀环境中属于中等腐蚀,介质流动和CO2/H2S分压比值增大均可加速腐蚀,而缓蚀剂的加入可显著减小腐蚀速率;腐蚀类型存在点蚀或局部腐蚀特征,动态和高CO2/H2S分压比值时尤为严重;腐蚀产物膜主要成分为FeS,还含有少量其他成分。

【Abstract】 To evaluate the corrosion behavior of 80SS steel in H2S/CO2 environment,the autoclave was em- ployed to perform the corrosion experiment under high temperament and high pressure,the corrosion rate of 80SS steel and the inhibitive efficiency of a kind of imidazoliny ramification were measured with weight loss method,the morphological characteristics of samples before or after removing corrosion scales formed on the steel were observed using SEM,and the chemical composition of the corrosion scales were tested with XRD and EDS.The results show that the corrosion process of 80SS steel belongs to middle corro- sion,increases with the increasing of both the flow velocity of the medium and the partial pressure ratio of H2S/CO2,and the corrosion rate decreases evidently after adding the inhibitor.There is pitting corrosion or local corrosion in the corrosion process of 80SS steel,and it is more serious in dynamic medium and high ratio of CO2/H2S.The corrosion scales are mainly composed of FeS,and there is a little other compo- nents.
