【摘要】 仅仅采用有限元分析来进行在役石油机械的强度设计,必然产生较大的误差。为此,介绍了应变电测技术的原理及其发展历程。并以石油机械中具有代表性的井架和抽油机结构为例,深入分析了在役井架承载能力评价与抽油机结构强度测试中的布片方案、结果分析以及实际测试中涉及的技术问题。就应变电测技术在石油机械中的应用提出了几点注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rather great errors occur when strength of petroleum machinery in service is designed only by using finite element analysis.The principle and development of strain electrical measuring technology is then introduced.As examples for oil derrick and pumping unit which are typical petroleum machines,load carrying capacity estimation of oil derrick in service and strength measurement of pumping unit,especially strain gauge’s distribution,data analysis and concerned technical problems,are studied.Finally several notes of application of strain electrical measuring technology in petroleum machinery are put forward.更多还原
