影响公路路基填料CBR试验值的因素分析
Influence Factors of California Bearing Ratio(CBR) of Expressway Subgrade Material
【摘要】 为了研究影响粘性土CBR值的主要因素,结合在建高速公路15组填料进行了物理、力学试验。根据土样塑性指数相同,而CBR值差异很大的实验结果,从土体的颗粒组成、矿物成分等几方面研究了其对填料CBR值的影响。得出如下结论:在标准的试验方法下,对塑性指数相同的土体而言,影响CBR值的主要因素是土体中矿物类型及其含量的多少,其次为粘粒组颗粒曲线分布情况及粘粉比。粘粉比越大,CBR值越小。
【Abstract】 In order to study the main influence factors of the CBR value of clay,the physics and mechanics tests of fifteen groups subgrade materials from the Qing(Dao)Yin(Chuan) expressway in Hebei province are done.Based on the result of tests,there is obvious difference between CBR value with the same plastic index clay.The influence factors of CBR of expressway subgrade materials are studied,such as the soil particle sizes and mineral components.Conclusions are gained that the main influence factor of California Bearing Ratio of expressway subgrade material is the type of mineral component and its content,and secondly the distribution curve shape of particle sizes in soils,and that the CBR value decreases with the increasing clay-silt ratio.
