【摘要】 高校防范债务风险需加强贷款依法管理使用的力度,提高财务管理水平,加强对贷款资金使用的监管,拓宽高校资金来源,优化高校资产结构.

【Abstract】 There are measures to prevent debt risk in colleges and universities:strengthen the management level of loans,improve the financial management,supervise the spending of loans;enlarge the source of finance and optimize the finance structure.
