离子色谱法同时测定南充市西河水中的NO2-、NO3-和PO43-
Simultaneous Determination of Nitrite,Nitrate and Phosphate in the Xihe River in NanChong City by Ion Chromatography
【摘要】 以流速为1.0 mL/m in的2.4 mm o l.L-1N a2CO3+3.0 mm o l.L-1N aHCO3作为淋洗液,且采用YSA型8180A-4#分离柱和W IC-Ⅱ型电导检测器,研究了离子色谱法同时测定水中常见的三种阴离子NO2-、NO3-和PO43-.结果表明可以在16 m in内一次性检测出三种离子,三种离子的线性范围为0 m g.-L 1~8 m g.L-1,线性相关系数为r>0.999 0,变异系数为1.25%~1.71%,方法回收率为96.0%~101.0%.
【Abstract】 A 2.4 mmol·L-1Na2CO3+3.0 mmol·L-1NaHCO3 solution with a flow rate 1.0 ml/min was used,adopting YSA 8180A-4# high separating column and WIC-Ⅱ electrochemical detector,ion chromatography for the simultaneous determination of three inorganic anions NO2-,NO3 and PO43- in the ambient samples was studied.The result indicated that three anions were detected in 16 minutes,the correlation coefficient rage was 0 mg·L-1~8 mg·L-1,the coefficients was more than 0.999 0,the CV % was 1.25 %~1.71 %,the recoveries was96.0 %~101.0 %.
