混炼胶比热特性的实验研究
Experimental Study for Rubber Compound’s Specific Heat
【摘要】 采用闪光法导热分析仪(NanoflashTM)对混炼胶的比热特性进行了测试和分析。利用回归试验设计法,回归出混炼胶在挤出机内各温度段的比热与胶料组分含量变化的性能方程式,分析了配方中单因素对胶料比热的影响,并就胶料熔融温度段的平均比热进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 By using flash diffusivity instrument,the specific heat of rubber compound was tested and analyzed,and by using quadratic regression examination project we can get capability equations between the specific heat and the change of component’s content of rubber compound at different temperature section in extruding machine,from which we analyzed infection from single component in rubber compound to it’s specific heat,and discussed it’s average specific heat at melting temperature.
