【Abstract】 "Action research" provides the academic support to construct action-research-style instructor staff.The action-research-style instructor with the spirit of self-reflection and innovation focuses on the practice of the political and ideological education.Constructing the action-research-style instructor staff which is the requirement of the present times,realizing fundamentally the students-centered idea,is the direction of specialization of the instructor staff.Setting up the scientific managing mechanism,defining the responsibility of instructor and developing their ability of scientific research,all of these are the ways to construct the action-research-style instructor staff.更多还原
