【Abstract】 The idea of arbitration is a whole set of value conceptions,hiding behind the principles and the purposes of arbitration and having decisive effects on the development of arbitration.With China’s entry to the WTO and increasingly quickened economic globalization,it is necessary to change the previous adverse and administrative idea of arbitration and establish the modern human and harmonious idea of arbitration,which is non-adverse,market-oriented,flexible,fair and effective.By doing that,it will promote the establishment of market economy system with Chinese characteristics and the improvement of Chinese arbitration.更多还原
