【Abstract】 A framework of the sustainability management of construction project is proposed herein based on the discussion of the status quo of the development of the sustainability management at home and abroad,for which the sustainable management measures and methods for the Three Gorges Project are described as well.It is put forward that the projects are to be not only managed by the conventional project management system,but the concept of the people-centered development and management is also necessary to be followed during the construction of the projects concerned,so as to ensure the cost-effective,environmentally sustainable and socially equitable development.更多还原
