【摘要】 为解决目前评标专家通知过程中容易泄密的问题,利用电话语音卡和VC++的多线程技术,设计并实现了多路评标专家语音通知系统。并介绍了系统中使用的语音卡接口函数,线程函数的设计以及语音卡通道状态的变化。系统减轻了工作人员的负担,减少了评标专家名单泄密的可能性,从而保证了招投标活动的公正性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To avoid divulgence in the course of notify,a multi-line expert voice notification system is designed.The system is based on telephone phonic card and multithread technique of VC++.The interface functions are introduced.The thread function and the change of channel state are designed.The burden of worker is eased,the possibility of divulgence is reduced,and justness of tenders and bids is guaranteed.更多还原
