【Abstract】 Through analyzing the actuality of office automation systems,a customizable structure of office automation system is presented.The use of the documents in process is emphasized,and the architecture by three levels of interface,operation and data storage is built.Then a static general OA integration environment and its dynamic execute process are introduced,and how to use the system is illustrated.Finally,the technology characteristics and measures for security of this system are summarized,illustrating the importance of the system in practice.更多还原
