【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of system resources and net bandwidth while streaming courseware and audio,an improved project based on MPEG-4 is provided.MPEG-4 encoder is used to encode the courseware images and audio,which decrease the con-sumption of net bandwidth,and the server realizes adaptive media transmitting based on RTCP feedback.更多还原
