烧结系统终点温度与透气性算法神经网络模型
Neural network model of burn through point temperature and ventilating index algorithm for sintering system
【摘要】 矿石烧结是炼铁工艺流程的重要组成部分,烧结矿的质量直接影响高炉的炉况及铁水质量,而影响烧结矿质量关键的因素是终点温度和透气性。通过模糊算法,建立了烧结过程工艺参数与透气性指数之间的BP神经网络模型。
【Abstract】 The ore sintering is an important part in ironmaking process.The quality of sintering ore has a direct effect on the condition of blast furnace and pig iron.And the key factor that has an effect on sintering ore is burn point temperature and ventilating index.BP neural network model between sintering process parameters and ventilating index is established.
