基于仿真的通用模拟电路故障知识获取平台
Universal analog circuit fault knowledge acquisition flat base on simulation
【摘要】 故障知识获取是基于知识的模拟电路故障诊断方法的瓶颈问题。总结了通过故障仿真获取模拟电路故障知识的一般过程,简要描述了知识获取自动化的方法,提出建立通用模拟电路故障知识获取平台的方案,并对其主要组成部分和功能进行了详细描述。该平台能自动穷举电路所有可能的故障,调用外部电路仿真软件进行仿真,从仿真结果提取故障知识并加以简化,形成结构化的故障知识库。实验结果证实其可行性。
【Abstract】 Fault knowledge acquisition(FKA) isthe bottleneckof analog circuit faultdiagnosis(FD) based onknowledge.The general process of analog circuit FKA by fault simulation was summarized.The method of auto-acquiring knowledge was described in brief.The scheme of universal analog circuit fault knowledge acquisition flat was proposed.The key components and their functions of flat were described in detail.This flat could auto-enumerate allpossiblefaults of circuit,simulate them by using externalcircuit simulator,extract and simplify the fault knowledge from the experiment result,and then form the structural fault knowledge basement.The result of ex-periment proves it feasible.
