【Abstract】 Nowadays in China,during the constructing of environmental legal system,,some problems exist in the field of legislation,execution,judicature,abidance and supervision.Therefore,the paper points out that we should perfect our legislation on environment;reinforce environmental administration of justice; improve citizens’ sense of obeying laws;and consolidate our legal supervision.
