耐海水腐蚀低合金铸铁的耐蚀性及保护膜
Corrosion Resistance and Protective Film of Sea-Water-Corrosion-Resistant Cast Iron with Low Alloy Content
【摘要】 用全浸、半浸和间歇浸泡的静态方式,将分别具有片状及球团状石墨的低合金耐海水腐蚀铸铁(分别简称HD铸铁及HDQ球铁)在海盐溶液中做对比腐蚀试验后得出:间歇浸泡腐蚀失重最为严重,约为全浸泡时的2倍;HDQ球铁的耐蚀性较HD铸铁提高1倍左右。文中还研究了试样表层保护膜的成分、结构与耐蚀性的关系。
【Abstract】 The contrast corrosion tests of sea-water-corrosion-resistant cast iron with low alloy content possessing the flake graphite and the globular graphite respectively (known as the HD-type cast iron and HDQ-type cast iron) in sea water were carried out in the form of static whole-soaking, half-soaking and discontinuous-soaking. The results indicate that weight reduction of discontinuous-soaking is most serious, about twice of that of whole-soaking, and corrosion resistance of HDQ nodular cast iron is more than one times of that of HD-type cast iron approximately. In the paper the relationship among chemical composition of protective film on the surface, microstructure and corrosion resistance has been studied.
