热处理对纳米TiO2薄膜结构的影响及其光催化性能

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃基体表面制备纳米TiO2薄膜,通过热处理改变其结构性能,X-射线衍射结果表明,经100℃处理后无明显衍射峰,纳米TiO2薄膜为非晶态,没有发生结构转变;经450℃处理后出现明显的锐钛矿结构衍射峰,但衍射峰的强度较弱,生长过程中锐钛矿在(101)面上具有一定的择优取向;经650℃处理后出现金红石结构衍射峰。催化降解性能表明,经450℃处理后得到的锐钛矿结构纳米TiO2薄膜具有较好的光催化性。

【Abstract】 Nano TiO2 film was prepared by the sol-gel method. And the structure and property of the film was changed by heat treatment. The X-ray diffraction results show that there is no obvious diffraction peak after heat treatment at 100℃, which meant non-crystalline film without structural change. After heat treatment at 450℃, obvious diffraction peak of anatase appeares, but the peak intensity is weak. The anatase grows up at the preferred orientation of (101) face. After heat treatment at 650℃, the diffraction peak of rutile appeares. The results of catalytic degradation also indicate that the photo-catalysis property of TiO2 nano film composed of anatase after heat treatment at 450℃ is exellent.
