喷丸处理诱导高锰钢表层纳米化

【摘要】 采用表面喷丸处理的方法在高锰钢上制备出纳米结构表面,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)及高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)研究由表面沿厚度方向的结构变化特征,并对显微硬度沿厚度方向的变化进行分析。结果表明:经过表面喷丸处理,样品表面形成了厚约30μm的纳米晶层,平均晶粒尺寸由11nm逐渐增加到100nm;高密度的位错反应和重组以及多重孪晶在奥氏体高锰钢表面纳米化过程中起重要作用;与样品的基体相比,表层的显微硬度显著提高。

【Abstract】 A nanostructured surface layer was fabricated on the hadfield steel by means of shot peening treatment.The microstructural evolution of the hadfield steel was characterized by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and the microhardness variation along the depth of the treated sample was examined.The results show that a nanocrystalline surface layer has a depth of 30μm at the top surface,the average grain size increases from about 11nm to 100nm after the shot peening treatment.Dislocation with high density reaction and recombination,as well as multi-system twins play an important role in nanocrystallization.The microhardness of nanostructured surface is enhanced significantly after the shot peening treatment campared with that of the original sample.
