终轧温度对热轧双相钢组织细化的影响
Effect of Finishing Rolling Temperature on Microstructure Refinement for Hot Rolled Dual-phase Steel
【摘要】 研究了终轧温度对高强热轧双相钢组织细化和力学性能的影响。通过光镜、透射电镜分析以及拉伸实验可以发现,终轧温度对显微组织细化、马氏体体积分数以及力学性能的影响较大,同时双相钢具有细化晶粒、晶界强化、第二相弥散强化、亚晶结构等强韧化机制。结果表明,终轧温度的降低,使过冷度加大,铁素体的形核驱动力加大,形核率增加,使晶粒明显细化。在实验室条件下,通过控制终轧温度,可以使热轧双相钢的屈服强度达到500MPa、抗拉强度在850MPa以上,并且伸长率在20%左右。
【Abstract】 The effect of the finishing rolling temperature on the microstructure refinement and mechanical properties of the hot rolled dual-phase steel were studied at laboratory.It is found that the finishing rolling temperature has great effect on the microstructure refinement,volumefraction of martensite and the mechanical properties by the anylsis of OM,TEM and tension test.The results show that the undercooling is increasing,the nucleation driving force can be improved,the nucleation rate is increasing and the microstructure is refined with the decreasing of the finishing rolling temperature.The results obtained in the laboratory by controlled the finishing rolling temperature are:σs is up to 500MPa,σb is up to 850MPa and δ is about 20%.
