热化学反应法镁合金陶瓷涂层的制备及性能的影响
Study on Preparation Technology and Properties of Ceramic Coating for Magnesium Alloy by Thermo Chemical Method
【摘要】 采用热化学反应法在镁合金基体上制备陶瓷涂层,并对涂层进行耐磨、耐蚀等性能分析。通过XRD物相分析,涂层中有新相生成。且涂层相对基体耐磨、耐蚀性能均有所提高。
【Abstract】 The ceramic coating of the magnesium alloy was prepared by thermo chemical reaction. And then wear-resisting test and corrosion resisting test were done. The microstructures of the coatings were analyzed by means of SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the ceramic coatings are found to contain new phases named MgAl2O4. The anti-corrosion and wear-resisting performance of the magnesium alloy is improved greatly by the ceramic coating.
